縄文シャワー展示室展も今年で7回目となりました。今回も国分寺市教育委員会のご協力で、市内出土の貴重な縄文土器や土偶を展示いたします。さらに、兒嶋画廊コレクションの土器や土偶、そして縄文シャワーを浴びた作家の作品も併せてご覧いただけます。また、「禅 MEETS JOMON」として禅林墨蹟の展示も行います。是非ご高覧ください。
This is the 7th Jomon Shower Lab. exhibition to date. As with previous occasions, this exhibition has been made possible through the generous support of the Kokubunji City Board of Education. Rare finds such as Jomon pottery and “Dogu” (earthen figures) excavated from the city will be on display. In addition, selected pieces from our own gallery collection, including stone tools,“Dogu,” and artworks inspired by the Jomon culture, will also be exhibited. Under the theme “Zen Meets Jomon,” which explores the relationship between Jomon culture and Zen philosophy, several pieces of “Bokuseki” (Zen calligraphy) will be featured as well.
